The rakes are of a very rugged construction, with the Head-Lock system as an example of innovative thinking. The rake tines are constructed in such a way that the crop is not pressed into the ground and that any contamination is reduced to a bare minimum. In addition, every avenue is explored to ensure optimum efficiency and productivity for farmers and contractors. Farmers Day: It was the nut growers of Southern Africa’s Conference held at Prieska on the 27th October 2007.
The day was attended by around 100 delegates from all over Southern Africa. This day gave Northmec the chance to demonstrate the Jacto sprayer. Specifically for a peacan nut application, once again proved the excellent coverage in big trees. Northmec was supported on the day by Douglas Fernandez, from Jacto Brazil. (First two pics attached)
